Ingredients for Potato Wedges Potato – 4 Maida – 1 cup Garlic – 1 medium size Ginger – 2 inch piece Corn flour – ¼ cup Chilli powder – 1 ½ tbspn Turmeric powder – ½ tspn Pepper – ½ tspn Ajwain – 1 tspn Salt to taste Oil required to deep fry First thoroughly wash the potato and cut into wedge shape, then keep the pan with water in flame and add all the wedge shaped potato to the water. You have to keep this boiling for 4 to 5 minutes and drain the water completely and let this to cool. Peel the skin of garlic and ginger and grind in to paste with Ajwain and black pepper. In the mixing bowl add maida, cornflour,
