Amla Juice is one
among the healthiest juice and its very easy to prepare. Amla is rich in vitamin C and it will improve
immune power of the body. Summer starts
so we think of sharing with you all. It will not take much time and its very
valuable juice.
Ingredients for Amla Juice
Gooseberry – 4
Ginger – small piece
Salt – little
Jaggery as required
Lemon – 1
First wash the
Gooseberry thoroughly and cut and remove the seed only, peel the skin of ginger
and cut in to pieces. Transfer the
ginger, cut amla pieces, salt and Jaggery in blender and grind as a paste then
add ½ glass of water and grind again.
Add 4 glasses of water mix it well and filter. Then squeeze the lemon, the delicious Amla Juice is ready to serve.
