Beetroot halwa recipe is one among the
delicious dessert. Today we going to
learn how to make or prepare this Halwa.
We use to make this dessert very often and its very nutrious and
healthy. Kids are not fond of this
vegetable if you give in a normal way as other vegetables. If you give in the form of chats or halwa really
they love to eat.
Beetroot Halwa has a very lovely
colour and it looks very attractive. You
can make this delightful halwa more nutrious by adding dry fruits. This halwa you can make in two ways one you
can peel the skin, grate and prepare and the other one you can peel the skin
and grind in mixer and prepare the Halwa.
Today we going to show you the type
grinded in mixer and prepared. No
difference in preparation procedure other than the grated beetroot. Carrot Halwa is more famous than Beetroot
Halwa but we prefer to prepare more often this Halwa than Carrot Halwa. This dessert is very tasty and healthier and it
is the first dessert which I shared in my blog and more to come.

Ingredients
Beetroot - 500gm
Sugar - 100gm
Ghee - 1table spoon
Cashew nuts - 15 no. halfly broken
Cardamom - if required 2No.
Golden raisins - ir reuired around 10No.
