Garlic
Porridge is one of the easily digestible porridge with very few
ingredients. We made this with Garlic,
Rice, Green Gram, fenugreek, milk etc.
The consistency we are preparing is bit like curd rice consistency and
if you want more dilute you can add milk or hot water as per the required
consistency.
Transfer the rice, green gram, fenugreek in washing bowl and wash thoroughly and transfer this to pressure cooker with garlic cloves, salt and 5 glass of water for this quantity.
Ingredients for Garlic Porridge
Rice
– 1 ¼ Cup
Green
mung dal / green gram – ¼ cup
Fenugreek
– 1 tspn
Garlic
– 3
Milk
– 250 ml
Salt
to taste
Transfer the rice, green gram, fenugreek in washing bowl and wash thoroughly and transfer this to pressure cooker with garlic cloves, salt and 5 glass of water for this quantity.
Cook this in
pressure cooker for 6 whistles.
Wait
till the pressure subsides in the pressure cooker and mix it will well and add
the boiled milk with it and mix again.
