Onion Chutney is a great accompaniment to idli, dosa, upma and even appams. It is very common in all south indian recipes. You can use this Onion chutney even as a spread for sandwich.
As you know onion is very good for blood pressure and it will purify the blood and it gives immunity to the body.
Onion Chutney |
Ingredients needed
Onion – 2 No. Medium size
Urad Dal - 2 table spoon
Redchilly - 7No.
Asafoetida - 1tsp
Tamarind - small piece
Salt - as required
