Garlic Chutney

Garlic Chutney is one among the delicious chutney.  This is one of the side dish for Idli, Dosa, Upma, Pongal, Chapatthi etc.  You can use this Garlic or Lasoon Chutney as bread spread.  Garlic is good for blood pressure and it will reduce unwanted fat from the This is one of the healthiest chutney.

As the preparation is very easy even bachelor can do this. Prepare this Garlic or Lasoon Chutney and you can use with bread as well.  As everybody is health conscious you can use this Garlic chutney and it will take a big role in reducing unwanted fat.

With less ingredients we have given you a delicious Garlic chutney if you eat once then you will prepare often and the Ingredients are as follows:-


Ingredient for Garlic Chutney


Garlic or Lasoon - 15 Cloves
Tomato - 2no. medium size
Roasted Gram - 2 table spoon
Red chilli - 6No.
Salt as required

All the above ingredients should be fried to half cook, only Garlic you can add after you switch off the stove, the heat in the mixture is enough to slight cook the Garlic.

Ash gourd sabzi is very easy to prepare and its very tasty as well.   As all know ash gourd plays a major role in weight loss, very good blood purifier and it helps to clean the stomach.   So we are very happy to share this wonderful recipe.
