Garlic Chilli Podi one among the apt side dish for Idli, Dosa and you can add this one to hot cooked rice then add gingelly oil mix it will and you can have this one with raitha and it will be awesome.  The main ingredients are Garlic, Red Chilli and Gingelly oil.

Ingredients for Garlic Chilli Podi

Garlic – 1 cup
Red Chilli – 1 cup
Gingelly Oil – ½ cup
Salt to taste

Peel the skin of garlic cloves and fry this one in gingelly oil with salt and keep that to cool next you can fry the red chilli and keep that one also to cool.

Transfer this one to the blender jar and grind as a paste.  If it require little more Gingelly oil while grinding add and grind again.  The delicious Garlic Chilli Podi ready to serve
