Cheese balls

Cheese balls will not take much time to prepare and it’s one of the very easy recipe.  You can serve this as evening snack along with coffee or tea.

Ingredients for Cheese balls
Cheddar Cheese – 150gms
Maida / All Purpose Flour – 150gms
Potato 2 No. – Medium Size
Bread crumps
Coriander leaves – little
Pepper powder – 1tspn
Salt to taste
Oil to fry

First peel the skin of the potato and boil with little salt and after it get cool mash the potato.  Add All purpose flour with the mashed potato followed by grated cheddar cheese, Coriander leaves, pepper powder and salt to taste and make as a dough.

Make this dough in to small balls of diameter 2½ cm and after that dip in All Purpose flour paste then roll this balls in bread crumps and keep the cheese balls ready to fry.  Keep the frying and add cooking oil, and let the oil get heated up then keep in sim flame.  Fry the balls in oil till it turns to light brown golden colour and remove from the oil.  The delicious Cheese balls is ready to serve.  You can serve with tomato ketchup or any other ketchup of your taste.

Dates Pickle

Dates Pickle is very easy to prepare and its very tasty to eat.   If you make this pickle you will wonder about the taste and it tastes amazing.   Everyone will definitely like this and you will be surprised you can make pickle out of dates.
