Suitable side dish for Chapathi, Poori, Idli, Dosa, Roti etc. There are different ways to prepare kurma and we are showing how we are preparing this vegetable kurma or korma at our home.
Its very delicious and I want to share with you all that’s why I made this post. To add the richness to this kurma we used cashew nut in this but if you don’t like cashew nut you can use roasted gram in place cashew. I really enjoy while we cooking according to me its one of the lovable job. I have used Potato, Carrot and green peas you can add more vegetables which suits for kurma.

Ingredients
Cashew nuts or Roasted gram – 15No.
Potato – 1No.
Tomato – 1No.
Green peas – 100gm
Onion – 1No.
Green chilli – 3No.
Ginger – Small piece
Garlic – 15 cloves
Kashmiri chilli powder – 1tabspn
Garam masala powder – 1tabspn
Coconut – 7No. small piece
Fenal seeds – 1tabspn
Corriander leaves – little
Salt as required
Oil as required
