On festival days especially for Saraswathi pooja we will keep this Pongal or Ven Pongal as naivedhyam to saraswathi devi. Black Pepper - 2 tsp
Cumin Seeds - 2 tsp
Ginger - 1inch
Curry leaves - small amount
Asafoetida - 3 pinch
Cashew nut - 10No.
Oil - 2 table spoon
Salt as required
